Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Title Edge website operated by us. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Conditions of Use
We will provide our services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this website, use its services, or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.
2. Services Provided
Title Edge provides digital marketing services including but not limited to website design and development, lead capture funnel creation, CRM setup, email/SMS automation, and marketing consulting. All services are delivered primarily through the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform.
Specific deliverables for each plan are outlined on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify service offerings with reasonable notice to existing clients.
3. Payment Terms
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Setup fees are one-time charges billed at the start of service. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback during the build process, and maintaining your own GHL sub-account credentials. You are also responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your marketing activities, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and state-specific telemarketing laws.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the content created specifically for your account (copy, images, etc.). Title Edge retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
Our templates, frameworks, and systems remain the intellectual property of Title Edge and may be reused across client accounts.
6. Limitation of Liability
Title Edge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with an export of your CRM data in a standard format. Access to your GHL sub-account will be maintained for 30 days after termination to allow for data export.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
